While complex aesthetic and reconstructive dental treatments involving the teeth and implants are at the heart of Dr. Springs’ clinical focus, he cares for hundreds of patients each year with temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJDs), Orofacial Pain, and Sleep Apnea. As the owner of Timeless Dentistry, Dr. Springs has also built a practice that provides painless, life-changing dentistry within a calm, fun environment.

While at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Springs dedicated himself to achieving expertise in oral rehabilitation and pre-prosthetic surgery. As a post-graduate resident at Coler-Goldwater Specialty Hospital, he cared for those with medical and cognitive special needs, developing a deep appreciation for the challenges institutional patients and providers face. At Bellevue Hospital, Dr. Springs built his skills in comprehensive treatment planning and prosthetic rehabilitation, particularly the planning, placement, and restoration of dental implants.
Lifelong learning
With a commitment to continuous improvement through advanced education, Dr. Springs has participated in local dental societies and the Academy of General Dentistry through the years. He also immersed himself in the day-to-day challenges of public health while serving as an attending faculty member of Lutheran Memorial Hospital’s School Health program. In his practice as a prosthodontist, Dr. Springs takes immense pleasure in uncovering new techniques that increase predictability. He also enjoys exploring and adapting materials and methods from various disciplines to deliver results for patients that were once considered unattainable. Dr. Springs’ clinical and research interests include:
