It takes a special team to uphold the high standards first established by Timeless Dentistry more than 90 years ago, and that our valued patients from across Forest Hills, New York, have come to expect. We could not consistently “wow” and delight our patients without the support of a skilled and dedicated team.

Diana Huacause – Dental Assistant

As an assistant here at Timeless since 2020, Diana loves working in a practice where almost anything can be done from a cleaning to implant tooth replacement The most rewarding parts of the job for her are seeing the “after” results, & the trust that the patients build with us during the process.

Batel Dostov – Dental Hygienist

Batel is a Registered Dental Hygienist. Originally from the country of Israel, she graduated from New York College of Technology. Batel strives to assist her patients in achieving optimum oral health, and is excited to help them, one dental cleaning at a time.

Melissa Trejo – Patient Coordinator

Melissa started working in the dental field 10 years ago, and is currently finishing her bachelor’s in Business & Project Management. She loves making it simple for patients to get the healthy smile they want and making each patient’s experience comfortable throughout their entire dental journey, especially by helping patients optimize financial options to get the care they want in a way that fits their lives.

Jenn – Certified Dental Assistant

Jenn brings a nurturing energy to the Timeless Dentistry team, blending her background as a nanny with her enthusiasm for patient care. As a NYSMDA Certified Dental Assistant, she takes pride in helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their visit. Her compassion and meticulous nature make her an invaluable part of our clinical support team. When she’s not assisting chairside, Jenn loves traveling and spending time with her family, especially discovering new places together.

Orissa – Certified Dental Assistant

With a warm smile and an eye for detail, Orissa transitioned from managing a baby store to pursuing a rewarding career in dentistry. Now a NYSMDA Certified Dental Assistant, she finds fulfillment in helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles. Her positive attitude and teamwork make every day in the office brighter. Outside of work, Orissa enjoys playing sports, cooking, going to church, and cherishing time with friends and family.

Jimmy – Dental Assistant

Jimmy’s nine years of experience in healthcare reflect his passion for both science and service. A foreign-trained dentist from the University of Guayaquil (2021), he brings a global perspective to our dental team. His volunteer work with Special Olympics New York and New Jersey and CTMOM 2024 underscores his dedication to community health. Jimmy is also Basic Life Support certified (2025). When he’s not in the office, he enjoys the gym, traveling, relaxing at the beach, and exploring new coffee spots.

Yessenia – Dental Assisting Team Lead

A compassionate professional with ten years in the field, Yessenia is a foreign-trained dentist from the University of Cuenca in Ecuador. Her volunteer work with the Sonrisas con Amor Foundation demonstrates her belief that every smile deserves care and dignity. Yessenia is known for her calm, supportive approach and her ability to put patients at ease. Beyond work, she enjoys traveling and drawing.

Shirley – Administrative Coordinator Emerita

A natural teacher and communicator, Shirley’s 34 years of professional experience began in education as an English teacher with a Teaching Diploma from Mandeville Teachers College. Her warmth and organization now help our patients feel supported throughout their dental care journey. She enjoys baking, sewing, singing, and traveling, and is active in her church community.

Ariana – Social media manager / office staff

Beginning as an intern during her sophomore year of high school, Ariana has grown her experience with Timeless Dentistry. From watching behind the scenes, to learning, to managing and editing our social media accounts, to making invisible orthodontic aligners for patients, she has never shied away from learning from new experiences in patient care. Apart from entering into her new journey of nursing at St. John’s University, she enjoys dancing, cooking, music, and working out in her spare time.

Joann – Patient Care Coordinator

With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare, Joann brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge and organization to our front office. Her background as a medical manager, biller, and secretary, combined with a Bachelor of Science from Queens College, ensures a seamless patient experience from start to finish. Joann’s friendly, upbeat nature helps patients feel at home. She enjoys cooking, music, movies, and time spent with her family.

Preiya – Administrative Assistant

Dedicated and detail-oriented, Preiya keeps the Timeless Dentistry office running smoothly. With eight years of healthcare experience and a background as a medical records coordinator, she supports both our team and our patients with professionalism and care. Her friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills help make each visit stress-free and efficient.

Sigi – Insurance Specialist

Sigi’s 35 years in dental insurance and administration make her an expert in helping patients understand and maximize their benefits. She holds a Master’s in Education (TESOL K–12) from CUNY Queens College and is a proud Golden Key International Honour Society member. Known for her patience and kindness, Sigi ensures that every financial and insurance question is answered clearly. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, baking, live music, and traveling.

Jaclyn – Receptionist

Being the friendly face you can always count on seeing at the front desk, Jaclyn has been committed to making our patient’s experience as smooth as possible. A current nursing student at Borough of Manhattan Community College, Jaclyn has dedicated her time to helping patients be as comfortable as they can from the minute they step into our office. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, dancing, and listening to music.

Lizeth – New Patient Coordinator

With over 10 years of reception experience, Lizeth has been a valued member of our team, welcoming new patients into our office. Acquiring a degree in Medical Assisting from ASA College and working in offices since the age of 19, she provides a warm and secure environment for all of our patients. In her free time, Lizeth enjoys playing soccer, watching sunsets, and spending time with her son.

Daniella – Receptionist

With ambition and genuine care, Daniella welcomes every patient with a warm smile. With over 3 years of customer service experience, Daniella will always assist each patient with any of their needs, from paperwork to payment plans. Besides being a student at Manhattan University for business, she enjoys cooking and working out.
