With in-house 3D printing and computer-milling capabilities, we can make dentures, night guards, implant surgical guides, crowns, bridges, and implant restorations on site. We have effectively eliminated the “middle-man” (an outside lab) by creating our own full-service dental laboratory. Our technicians come from the most technologically advanced lab in the state and can now create 99% of all restorations for us right here at the office. We can make, modify, and repair almost any dental restoration under the sun, the very same day – a feat that takes the vast majority of offices days or weeks to accomplish, because they partner with a lab in another part of the state, country, or world.

For example, every implant patient gets a gum graft that improves treatment outcomes. Implant placement may be done during the same appointment as tooth extractions/tooth removal. Lastly, bone grafts or other procedures may be performed when implants can’t be placed immediately following extractions. By performing so many procedures simultaneously, we reduce the number of treatments and timeframe needed by several months, with no risks to you and nothing standing between you and your best results.

Every year, we treat around 250 patients who have sustained serious injuries from multi-story falls and other terrible accidents. We do whatever it takes to keep you comfortable with sedation dentistry and specially compounded topical anesthetics.
We administer up to three anti-inflammatory medications before surgery and provide a reusable ice pack afterward. Our comprehensive strategies for preventing pain and swelling are effective; 95% of patients report never experiencing pain at all.

Timeless Dentistry is a remarkable practice lead by Dr Paul Springs. Everyone in the practice is warm, friendly and welcoming.
