Membership Plan
Life can be filled with unexpected events. At Timeless Dentistry we know that. Helping our patients manage their dental care effectively and affordably is our top priority. We offer two in-house membership plans for patients that are uninsured or underinsured for their personalized needs. Our goal is to custom tailor our treatments to your needs, so we have two levels of membership to fulfill whatever your needs may be.
Basic Membership:
$400 annually
2 dental cleanings/x-rays/fluoride treatment/exams/oral cancer screenings
1 covered emergency visit
10% off office fees for any additional procedures.
Periodontal Membership:
For patients requiring more frequent dental cleanings due to individual risk factors affecting periodontal health.
$600 annually
4 deep cleanings / x-rays / fluoride treatment/ exams / oral cancer screenings.
1 covered emergency visit.
10 % off office fee for any additional procedures.
Worker’s Compensation
If you were injured while working, you are entitled to have your TMJ, dental and facial injuries treated at no cost to you. Most dentists have no experience working with workman´s comp insurance agencies, but we have been doing it for decades. The first step is to report the injury to your employer right away. Dental injuries are very common, but other problems that we treat include jaw problems and pain of the face, neck, and shoulders as a result of work-related accidents.
No Fault (Car Accident) Insurance
Injuries caused by car accidents can almost always be treated at no cost to the patient, with the car insurance company covering both the dental treatment and the physical therapy you need to recovery from an accident. It doesn’t matter if you were biking, walking, or driving: you are entitled to have your injuries treated without having to pay for it.
We see recoveries from whiplash and accidents every day thanks to our advanced, non-surgical approach, and we have decades of experience work with auto insurance carriers to get our patients’ treatment paid for.
Our patients are seeking treatment for injuries sustained in a number of different ways, but the most serious TMJ symptoms we treat tend to come from car accidents.
Insurance Plans
Timeless Dentistry participates with many national dental insurance plans, and for those who do not have adequate insurance we offer a membership plan. We are also credentialed providers for several common medical insurers, which will often cover treatments for trauma reconstructive dentistry, orofacial pain (“TMJ”), and sleep apnea.
